Consecration Fast

So at our church they decided to do a consecration fast. Now we missed the first week, but my mom and I did the last two weeks of it. I really don't like consecration fasts.On weekdays you can't eat until 3 o'clock, then after that you have a list of foods/drinks you can't have. (You can't have drinks that are on the list before 3 either) Then on weekends, you can't have anything (including liquids) until noon. Here is the list of stuff we couldn't have;
