I have an issue some of you may be able to help me with...

To the Mods: I'm very sorry if this is the wrong place...I had no idea where to put it, so I put it here. XP

I was wondering if any of you have any idea how to deal with cyberbullying? There's this other site I'm on where, due to a heated debate about something, I find myself being cyberbullied in Private Messages several times a day. I've blocked them, but t hey just create new accounts and PM me some more.

Does anyone have any ideas about how I can get these guys to back off?

have you talked to those in charge of the site? what site is it?

The site is "NaNoWriMo YWP". I haven't talked to those in charge of the site, because they already know--these same kids are going around cyberbullying other kids, and it's just a vicious cycle and just ugh. XP I can't find the words to accurately describe it, sorry.

it's okay. i know how you feel.

Aye'

I'm not afraid to be as terrible as them, if you need me to get on there.

Otherwise, just keep giving good comebacks, ignore them or just stop going on there.

Heh, no, I don't need you to get on there. I'll keep ignoring them and see how that works.

Fight evil with good. not more evil

Oh, thank goodness. One of the moderators on that site put up a reminder telling everyone to be nice to each other (in more elaborate terms). Let's see if Reminder #300 will do any good.

Yup, just ignore 'em. They're just kids who want attention.

The funny part is, the kids that give insults, usually can't take em'

Basically the worst thing you can do is respond in the same way. That just encourages them. They aren't doing it to be ignored, they're doing it to get a reaction.

Thanks, will do. : )

Yea, it's no fun at all. Luckily, now that the moderators scolded everybody (including me; someone must have reported me, grr), things have died down. For now; this has happened many times before. XP People can't learn to grow up.
